While in California, Annette was a Volunteer Administrator for the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District. She is always eager to learn, grow and give back. It did not take long for Annette to realize that joining the team at Outdoor Impact and moving into the heart of the Green Lake community was inevitable. “It was obvious to me the first time I met Wes, that he cares greatly about this community. I believe it says a lot about the people who work, live, and invest in their own community, which is what I saw in Outdoor Impact and their employees. I’m so fortunate & grateful to be a part of this family.”
While Annette enjoys spending quality time with family & friend’s, she also enjoys painting, writing, photography, and studying Spanish and Italian. In addition to that, her outdoor interests consist of hiking, biking, camping, fishing, kayaking, traveling, exploring, skiing, tennis, and gardening. Needless to say, she felt an immediate connection to our Green Lake Community.
“I enjoy educating and collaborating with people to create beautiful outdoor spaces that enrich lives, while protecting and sustaining our delicate natural world.”
Being Local & Community Involvement
Outdoor Impact Landscaping is delighted to welcome Annette Paiser to our Landscaping and Design team as well as the Green Lake Community. Annette was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. She spent her summers on Shawano Lake helping run her family's sports shop & grocery store, learning firsthand the importance of supporting the community and local businesses. She connected immediately to the values we have here at Outdoor Impact.
Welcome Annette Paiser!
Annette brings with her the ability and willingness to wear many hats as she has done throughout her career. She moved back to Green Bay in 2018 to be closer to her family after spending 25 years in the Lake Tahoe, California area where she sold real estate and worked in kitchen and bath design. Her love of horticulture came together when she earned her Master Gardener of Lake Tahoe Certificate from UC Davis-Extension and was hired to manage and run multiple hydroponic systems to grow and cultivate greens & herbs for a Lake Tahoe Resort and their Chef ‘s. Upon her return to Wisconsin, Annette was determined to educate herself further in Landscape Horticulture and while attending school, she interned and worked for the Green Bay Botanical Garden. Her passion in landscape design is obvious when bringing your beautiful landscape visions to life, but she also likes digging in the dirt! So, you may even see her on-site working with our landscaping or maintenance team too! Her versatility and enthusiasm are an outstanding addition to Outdoor Impact! Annette is looking forward to graduating in May from NWTC, already receiving the ‘Outstanding Recognition Award 2022’ and serving as their Horticulture Club President from 2021-2022.
